Grade Seven Outreach Programme: Siyabonga Education Centre
The Laddsworth Grade Sevens have adopted Siyabonga Centre as their outreach programme for the year. Already, they have begun a number of initiatives to raise
both awareness of, and funds / equpiment for this education centre in the Edendale Valley. One of the first things they did was to visit the Centre for the day
in February this year, in order to spend time with the children who study at Siyabonga. Next, the Grade sevens organised a collection of library books suitable
for the Siyabonga learners. An Easter egg collection for the children came next, and new and exciting
initiatives will follow later this year. Some of the photos from the visit follow below.
