Laddsworth works with local organisations in order to assist with the funding or support of their efforts.
We received a visit at the end of October from Landy and Sandile from the Howick SPCA, who came to talk
to our pupils about the care of pets, and about fireworks in particular. We were informed that dogs and
cats have hearing that is seven times as sensitive as human hearing, and that this is why animals are so terrified of
fireworks. Laddsworth children collected a large pile of goodies for donation to this very worthy organisation.
